If i am have a intel D845GVSR MOTHER BOARD than can i install a hottest graphics card into it?

No, you can't install any card contained by this model. I had like peas in a pod motherboard. Some good motherboards are D101GGC, D102GGc2, Intel 915. All above are of Intel.
mhm..... I'm affraid that you can not install any pictographic card into it consider there is no AGP slot or PCI Express Slot.
It's Expansion Slot 're single PCI, no AGP/PCIe
