Does anyone provide a flash drive that will work near plain out-of-date window 98. I do hold usb 2.0?

Assume your pc's usb port and flash drive are functioning, you if truth be told doesnt need a strange flash drive. Just download a generic usb driver as stated below and install on your win98, then you can access your flash drive. Unlike xp which have build in usb driver, you want the driver to make entity work.
