She probably have the mic unmuted in the nouns mixer! This is causing feedback that the mic picks up from her speakers. Make sure the mic mute is on within the mixer! The mic will still work in any application she uses it for.
May be getting FEEDBACK through the speakers.
Move mic away from the speakers, OR
trim down speaker volume.
