Why does the power socket position business at the pay for of the psu?

my stock power supply that come with my comp have the socket on the top, i am planning to upgrade but the one i want has the power socket surrounded by the middle not on top. so i need your assist and opinion

It doesn't matter. On most computer cases, the power supply go in alike position, and the case itself doesn't block access to the sockets because near is no panel on the back to block the power supply.

If you have a link to the luggage you are putting it in, we could be more specific, but it shouldn't business either process.
