i newly bought a web cam, but the similes are blurred, you cant even tell who the soul is in front of the camera, how can i fix this?

not man a smart but there may be a instruction manual focus ring on the end of the camera
how give or take a few changing the USB ports... switch it near other ports?
or reinstalling the program...
