I have the same problem, turns out the compact disc burner was shot. I have to get a unknown one. Try reloading the burning software first. Chow
uninstall the cd burner software and reinstall it

Make sure the burn speed on the burner and on the black CD's are compatible.
I try not to burn over 8x - 16x. Any faster and the cd trait is reduced.
A little more info might go a long bearing here...
what exactly does the error say?
what program you using to burn next to?
does it initiate the burn and then you attain the error halfway surrounded by...something regarding buffer underun error?
other a problem or is this something new?
