Depending on what brand of computer you have, you can purely go to their site and see if you can find adjectives the drivers which they send pre-installed on the computers to spawn it work. This usually is a result of reformattion a Compaq, HP, or Dell where they put the folder of Drivers straight onto your C:\ drive
i would form sure you have updated window completely first. SP2 contains the drivers for USB 2.0. possable that is the purpose.
Install SP2. If you have SP2 installed and the ports still aren't self recognized, try downloading the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer website.
Update windows surrounded by case u hold an old copy.
Is ur XP 64 bit.if yes switch to 32 bit text
well if u built ur computer the mother board come with driver cd otherwise im sher the computer that u bought have a cd that came near it also.
