How can i dump my programs on my larger spanking new installed knotty drive im running out space?
Answer:
Best bet is to uninstall it them through add/remove programs and then reinstall them. Most installers will ask you where on earth you want to install the program files. At this point, you can tell it to install the program to your newer/bigger complex disk.
Open My Computer and open your topical drive then dance backto My Computer again and open your C Drive so near is a window for respectively and just drag and drop generous movies and such large files onto your larger drive

Now minimize the fanlight.
Repeat for second drive.
Put the two windows side by side.
Now click and drag doesn`t matter what you want where ever you want.
if you merely want to move the movies over i would suggest this
Start ---> Search ---> For Files or Folders...
if you have window Xp there will be an choice to search for video/movie clips ... if you own 2000 then click type and afterwards pick the file type you want to turn out for (wmv, mov, avi,)
another option is that you copy every point (clone) the hdd
and use the new 160 see as the main drive (thats what i would do if its faster consequently the old one) The utility for that would hold come with the hdd. If not Go to the hdd manufacture web site and dl it
Copy and join -or cut and paste
or better on the other hand

Then clean-up your hard-drive and defrag
Set your downloads(movies,music) to be downloaded into a file(s) on your larger H.D.
