Can you hold multiple external tough drives or do you newly upgrade to a larger one?

Answer:
Yes, you can enjoy multiple external hard drives. Just hold in mind that most external drives are slower than internal (due to working past its sell-by date of USB). It would be better if you use external scsi drives (but you need a scsi card contained by your computer)
install windows 2000/2003 server,
upgrade to dynamic volumes,
you can combine multiple tough drives into a larger one.
the best ones are the external sata drives , I have 4 of them ,adjectives over 200 gb., no problem.
