Although it is not probable the desired solution, but if you slow down the burning process by at least one step (from 32x to 16x or from 16x to 8x etc) will do away with this problem.
Make sure you have the up-to-the-minute firmware and driver for your cd burner. Also make sure you hold the latest update of your burning software and keep hold of other processes and programs to a minimum while burning. As a last resort, try a different brand or type of medium.

slow your read write speed down...
Lower your burn speed to 1x or 2x (instead of 4x or 8x), and free up some space on your hard drive.
That'll do it. :)
