USB problems - please backing!?

I seem to be to be having problems beside USB connections on my computer. I am running Windows XP and have four USB ports and contained by those are: mouse, internet connection, printer and webcam. I own had assorted error messages when I try to use the USB devices ranging from 'unknown device', 'USB device not agreed - has malfunction, and Windows does not recognise it' etc. I cannot print at the moment because the computer is saying it cannot communicate next to the printer. I have tried re-installing software for adjectives USB devices but this does not help which lead me to believe it may be something with the USB??? Anyone who may know how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate your response. Thank you!

Answer:
There could be umpteen dozen reason for this. Is it a usb card or are they integrated into the motherboard. If its a card try changing it, if its not a card try calculation one, they are cheap.

What i'd suggest doing first is going into the device profiles right click on my computer and go system profile, it'll be surrounded by there (unfortunatly I can't remember exactly where on earth in nearby, i'm on a mac at the moment and can't check) and see if there's anything that has red or pale cautions. Rather software and drivers for the things that aren't working, it could be a corrupt usb driver for the ports themselves.
nickname the support number from your provider or your computer. i had a similar problem near the USB and they walked me through steps.
try using adjectives these hardwares one by one.....that might help

I ponder the stuff u have attached to ur system is suffering from a conflict
