I bought a different mic for my computer to account my songwriting bits and pieces,but my mic is staticy.?

use something approaching cool edit pro or audition to remove the static. nearby are many filter u can use. other than that, buy a better mic.
you probably bought a relatively cheap one. You own to spend a little bit of money to seize one that is biddable for singing into rather than one that relatives use for something simple like chatting online.
