Graphics Cards?

What is the best ATI Graphics Card. And the Best Nvidia card, surrounded by the lb250 price bracket. Im going to be playing GRAW and Black and white 2 etc. Cheers in finance.

GeForce 8800GTS (320MB version) is around $280US.
For $380US, Radeon HD X2900 XT or GeForce 8800 GTS (640MB version).
For $200US, Radeon X1950 XT.
