Is here a product for me to plug a studio Microphone into my computer?

My microphone doesn't work when I plug the microphone jack into my computer...Is within anything I can buy or do to be able to use my microphone near my computer?

Answers:
You need to buy a small mixer, plug the microphone into that, and later use a stereo RCA to 1/8" plug into the back of your computer. Your studio mic probably have active electronics and desires either a mobile or "phantom power" from your mixer. If it's a normal sung mic (not active) you should be able to plug it into the rear legs of your mixer, but in the microphone jack, not the flash jack (which will need the mixer).
Behringer have great micro mixers with phantom power, even next to effects for about $100.00. Check musiciansfriend.com or your local music shop.
