In any of the three where on earth there would be no physical log jam in the PC luggage. BUT if you have a solid graphics port in at hand (AGP or PCIe) better buy the appropriate card for it. PCI bus is SLOW for 3D graphics acceleration (games).

in most cases you can put it contained by either.. however.. I would see which one is considered 1st on the schematics... it pilfer less time and resources to achieve the important parts of the motherboard so to speak.. how much smaller amount? I've never noticed a difference.. it might be academic.. 8- )

One entity to consider is what else is going in nearby? and is there room physically to put them within an particular instruct.. I.E. I had a great video card once.. but it have a fan.. so it be necessary to put it within the last slight facing the adherent away from the other cards.. ** it was to sticky and blocked the other slots**
