This is a video card driver issue. If you play World of warcraft next to a Hercules Kyro card
Go to the Hercules site and down load the most modern driver. I fthat fixes it great. If not,download a few versions of your device driver. Then jump in and uninstall your current device drivers and start from the furthest backbone and work your way forwards until you find the one that works.........
