My external rock-hard drive has stopped working! it a LACIE (design by F*A*Porsche) its hooked up to my Mac mini. Its pluged within correctly and has worked but presently it isnt. The little light is red. when I turn it past its sell-by date then turn it rear on it flashes green then go back to red after it turns green for 3 seconds and go back to red. All of my songs on iTunes hold that little ! next to them. How can I fix it?

Get a PC.
I'm not a MAC guy. Is within another USB port available? Try changing ports. Try the tough drive on another machine to see if it is your piece of equipment or the hard drive. I construe you may have to reformat...if it will. I hope these aren't your with the sole purpose copies. Can you burn them to disk?
