How do you unfurl up a Maxtor Personal Storage 3200?

I hold an out-of-warranty maxtor personal storage 3200 with a duff drive contained by it. However I have a spare drive I would approaching to put in the armour - its the grey plastic case next to no visible first clues just various slots around the top and bottom edge.

Now usually I can figure out how to dismantle merely about anything, but this part has steadfastly resisted any attempt at probing and prompting. Has anyone ever figure out how these things can be opened? Pretty soon I am going to grant up and start sawing it into sections next to a hacksaw just to delight my curiousity!

I found the tab, but I couldn't get them to move, surrounded by either direction.
