I dont know how to reset my RCA H100 mp3 player?

I know its corrupted and I downloaded the auto-updater, my computer read that the mp3 player is plugged within but the updater doesnt. I also tried to format it but it doesnt give me the format opportunity when i right click on the drive. PLEASE HELP!

That memory is problematic ...in certainty RCA no longer supports it.
