How okay does this video card play bf 2142?

ok so im upgrading my PCI video card (dont hold a PCI express slot) from a radeon 9250 to a radeon X1300. The radeon X1300 is the best PCI card available. Im doing this since i cant play games like BF2 and BF2142 near the 9250. Does anybody have the radeon X1300 PCI and play these games. If so whats the perfomance and fps on it?

gratefulness, Connor

Answer:
yes, you might be able to enjoy abt a 25% increase in speed and more power fo graphics if you upgrade to PCI x1300, sure its a good card, and the best available for conventional PCI slot.

but the hobby battlefield 2142 when i play on my AGP nvidia 6600 overclocked, was put the strain, and trust me my card be cryin on pain when i try to play. i could conjure how much bad time you're gonna hold if u try to play that graphic intensive hobby. The game itself hold been awarded for the Holywood element visuals and graphics that will be true eyecandy.

the answer for you - unless you move to a recent PciExpress graphics card you aren't gonna play that game as it is intended to be played. still you'll play the game near the graphics quality of year 2002 games. if ur purpose is to enjoy fun with the winter sport and eyes dont matter, sure bestow it a try. otherwise you're wasting your money since its not gonna be much big improvement as u reflect on.

recomendation - if budget is not in your bearing ! a new motherboard, or a laptop as low as 500 bucks cud get u a notebook with PciExpress.
You should know how to play BF2142 but at lower settings. The other problems MAY be with your CPU and RAM. I'm guessing an elder P4 and DDR ram which should be OK. You are going to pay envelope over $100 for this card, too bad you can't upgrade to newer system beside PCI-e.
