I enjoy a USB TV tuner that requires USB 2.0 and at least a 800 mHz processor to be used along next to it's software. I have two computers on a make friends, one with USB 2.0 but singular a 795 mHz processor and the other only have USB 1.1 but has a 1.8 gHz processor. Could I run the software for the tuner on the faster computer and pick up the nurture from the TV tuner plugged into the USB 2.0 computer? If not, is there any software that make this possible? And again, if not, is at hand anywhere I can pick up a very cheap processor?

Consider trying a linux distro and stream the video over your framework.
There are some very nice apps for tv cards if you use linux.
A little sour topic, but mythtv is a tv watcher's dream.

Best route is probably getting a USB 2.0 card for the computer you want the tuner on.
The software you are looking for is something to stream the video over a network. You could other stream it to yourself... but that requires more of a setup.
