Do i stipulation to undamagingly remove hardware?

When I remove my USB pen drive, do I have need of to safely remove hardware? It seem a kerfuffle.

Answer:
If you happen to be writing to the USB drive or it is busy when you disconnect it, you can damage the boot sector on these devices and as a result, you will be powerless to read the data or use the pen within the future.

I've hear of two cases: One was a USB 1GB keychain, the other be a compact flash card for a camera.

This may or may not have be caused by removing the drive lacking using "Safely remove", but it seems close to a strange coincidence. The guy admitted to removing the USB drive "unsafely" bad one PC and then tried to attach it to the other PC and it stopped working for the 6-10 foot totter that the guy had to do between the PCs. (And as you would expect when he brought it back to the unproved PC, it still was ruined and had to be replaced...near all notes on it lost)
Yeah, just to be undamaging, click on the bottom right hand corner hardware god and click the stop button. Then you can remove your hardware. Otherwise there is a small coincidence that files can become missing or corrupted. It happened to me once, when I a moment ago took it out.
I guess you just involve to make sure that no program is writing files to the usb flash drive at the moment or wishes the drive for executing a program. The inbuilt function of windows is probably a fitting way to brand name this sure but I personally don't use it because it is annoying and the facts on my drive aren't that important. So far I've never lost a record.
Though, for people who want safekeeping it's not recommended to do what I do.
Of course you have need of to do it. I removed my USB pen drive several times without proper removing. And the result be my drive was dilapidated.
The only time you can remove any USB device is when you draw from a message "Remove device safely" removing it at any other time may damage device.
