I can't find installed usb hardware within 'my computer' however it is installed.?
Answer:
this is what you do, after the device is in step to the
1. Start icon on the bottom far gone corner.
2. Click on Run. It should have an hourglass looking jib on it.
3. A little box should appear. Click on Browse.
4. In the bottom it should say File Name and File of Type. Click
on File of Type, and select All Files. Then your device should
pop up.

look in device checker to makesure its active
Install driver for it.
click my computer this list all installed rugged ware. it will be there right click on the deity and then you will own the option to stretch out
