My computer keep recitation me that my viritual memory is to low?

Keep the hard drive contained by optimal condition by getting rid of useless files, fixing registry problems, and defragmenting it. Utilities like System Mechanic do the living nicely.
If your computer lacks chaotic access memory(RAM) needed to run a program or operation then window uses virtual memory to compensate. VM combines the computers RAM with conditional space on your hard disk. When your RAM runs low next VM moves data from RAM to a space call paging report. Moving data to and from the page file frees up RAM to complete the work. The more RAM you hold the faster your programs usually run. If you received a message for Low Virtual Memory then you requirement to add more RAM or increase the size of your page files. Windows usually manages this automatically but you can manually cash the size of your paging files. That is if your non-attendance is not enough.)
