Why won't my webcam work?

I a short time ago bought a Siig Flexible webcam. Nothing fancy. I got it used. Installed it as very well as the drivers, etc, but when I go to my camera, the entire peak is black. I'm not getting any errors and troubleshoot finds nothing wrong next to it.

You need to add to the computer's RAM to fix that problem you have.
