I enjoy Asus A8N-E Motherboard... will that support SATA 2 and will that support DDR2 (533Mhz)?

i already hv 1GB ddr (400mhz) will my motherboard support DDR2(533) and what in the order of the SATA 2 HDD ? please help me beside this...... and tell me if i upgrade my bios what is the different can i see?? if truth be told whats happening surrounded by bios?

yea, it wont support DDR2 but it will support SATA 2 the only roblem why it wont support DDR2 caus ur motherboard is a lil too old-fashioned for that...

Your motherboard supports Sata 2 but not DDR2..
For one DDR2 is 240 pin and DDR is 184pin.
It wont fit is what I'm trying to say.
Bios updates usually merely add support for topical cpu revisions or fix problems.

Go to www.asus.com, pull up your mother board and read specifications. Too you can e-mail support and ask them!
