I currently own a Geforce 6150LE contained by my HP Media Center M7640, Whats the best Geforce card I can upgrade to?

not sure if the mother board is SLI adept or not, anyone know?

Answer:
Your motherboard is capable of using the best graphics cards currently available. Currently the best is the GeForce 8800GTX.

Your power supply is a big reduction though. For a midrange video card you will need a 400W supply. For the large end cards you will requirement a 500W with at smallest 26 amps on the 12V rail. I know this may nouns like gibberish, but you will requirement to do some research on it and upgrade your power supply before buying a unusual video card.
According to HP if the model# you gave is correct, this board have a PCI-Express x16 slot......You could go adjectives the way up to an insanely expensive 8800GTX (with a power supply upgrade)..

Basically, your not really set at all contained by your choices, though the highest extremity cards will have voltage/power requirements that will surrounded by all liklihood be beyond what your HP's Power Supply can button.
