Any laptop with S-Video out can do that. Also, portable DVD players. (just burn your stored DVD's, blank dvd's are pennies now)

They don't make hardrives that plug into the TV. I would basically get a S video cord and plug it into the PC and TV. You own to have a soaring quality graphics card to bring a good talent picture. its best to just burn the movies on a DVD disc and scrutinize them with DVD player on TV. If you hold the movies in MPEG format, next you can put them ona CD writeable disk and see it on DVD player.

Nope, doesnt work that way although i aspiration it did. Your best bet is you use a laptop since it is portable and connect a s-video cable between the laptop and pc although the point wont be great. the reason it wont work is because in that has to be a program that can use the proper decoder to play the video files onto your blind. your television would own to have that experience to do this in which no tv does(that i know of.) your other choice would be to merely put these videos on a dvd, the power will very noticly better compared to using the s-video method. time to want how you want to do it now :)
