GeForce 8series for $100?

i hear the 8 series are the best video cards? Isn't this a good deal? will it fit contained by my computer? (hp a6000n)

It's a good card for the price- the 8500 is slowest of the 8000 series cards, though- it's even slower than the 7600GT, but it have DirectX 10 support. I'd rather own a 7600GT since no games are using DX10 yet.

Basically the 8800GTS and higher are awesome cards, the 8600 and 8500 series are only just ok. And yes, the HP A6000n has a PCI-E slot, so those cards will fit.
that one is worth 100 bucks or smaller amount...it's the lowest end card within the 8 series.

the 88xx are the best cards out there that progress for 250-350+
Yea its pretty good, Directx 10 is a foremost plus.
