Where is Yahoo tech. support?

Installed flash drive, hold Windows Media Player 11, can not play video clips. Solution page say adjectives OK no additional work needed, nought to install.
Why can I not play the clips?

Sometimes WMP 11 doesn't work the way it should. Microsoft have a couple of troubleshooting guides that might help you:

Some added suggestions. Try uninstalling, afterwards reinstalling the flash. Sometimes there's a glitch during the install and it doesn't run right. Make sure you have Java installed too. Look at center of page towards the top for the "Do I enjoy Java" link.
