A flashdrive is made of two parts. One go into comp which is also connected to the other part that have your data, right? so the element that connects to comp is disconnected from the other part. I am trying to reattach it but it seem I can't do it.
Is there anyway i can retrieve the files I have on my USB?

I fixed two like this that be broken during firefights in Iraq. All it took be 2 minutes and a soldering iron with a bit of solder.
