Best AGP8x VGA solution?

What's the best AGP8x VGA solution available? I'm an occasional gamer but I necessitate the card to be compatible with upcoming titles. I don't call for Anti-aliasing or other complex features, I just want to play the spectator sport with a clothed frame rate.
