Belkin 900VA 540Watt UPS System?
I hear it requests about 11 hours to charge. Do agree to it fully charge then hook it adjectives up though my PC then install the software?

Most ups systems recommend letting them charge fully beforehand use, however they also state that it is not a requirement, but that it will take longer to charge. But by adjectives means RTM when u gain it.
Read the instructions that come with it.
You don't own to wait for anything. The freestyle should be charging just have the UPS plugged into the wall. The battery is simply used when there is a power outage. Other than that, your computer is individual powered from the wall so there is no waiting for the freestyle unless you anticipate using it right away, and that will only transpire if the power goes out.
