I've used many Gigabyte MB's, they are a great product!
is it OEM
Newegg have fast shipping and an graceful RMA process. I have not bought a Gigabyte motherboard, but I enjoy heard that it is a clothed brand of motherboards.
New egg has be around for a few years. They have the best prices on the Internet. They filch back items as in good health. I have deal with them on heaps occasions. The customer service via the phone is great. The operator actually speak english, and they also know what respectively item is and does.

I will tell you if you know how to build a desk top, you can build one beside a 21 inch flat screen for something like 1200. That system will fly. You can use it to game and everything. If you be to buy a similar PC, it would cost you close to 2500.

You found a great source.
Just for my own two cents, Newegg is a GREAT place to buy, very reputable! I consider you should consider looking for another mobo, one with a PCI-Ex16 aptitude. I think Gigabyte boards rock, the support, and the motherboard software is excellent. Perhaps a different publication of Giga. mobo?
I've bought tons of stuff off of Newegg, no worries within. The mobo seems a touch on the lite end. If you are ok next to so few regular PCI slots, a single IDE port then try it out. The SATAs are 3.0 so that's fitting. Just understand you catch what you pay for. I've never used Gigabyte until end week when I built my first exchange server. Lets hope they make correct stuff.
