If you want graphics on the cheap .I have used the Nvidia Geforce Mx 4000 pci edition .It runs around the $50 range .Its nil to wild but it works pretty very well for games like The tycoon games .I used mine for in the region of a year then I upgraded to a Geforce 7600 It cost roughly $175.00 but the mx 4000 should suit your needs on a budjet .also the Geforce MX 4000 is compatible next to anthng with an unscrew pci slot.
