Why can't I use another sort of usb flash drive/?

I own a disgo pen drive that seems to hold taken exclusive rights over my computer.Although the disgo works fine,no other Usb pen drive gets recognised when I plug it contained by.This is real agony for everybody else with whome I want to share information .All the pens lightup etc and look close to their connected,but do not show up as a drive anywhere.Most Strange.

Hi, the problem might be of two types only. First your window might not locate them

Solve: Right click my computer , click on hardware tab, choose hardware device manager. plug contained by the device and there you will find usb port. right click on it and choose scan for hardware change. This will automatically pick it up and allow you to share the data.

Second, at hand pen drive won't be of microsoft quality lab tested, due to this that drive stipulation its own driver. You need to install it driver. First.
Solve: try the upper solution first afterwards allow the windows to rummage through internet for the best drive if you don't have the cd. Thanks!
step to your control panel and the go to affix new hardware afterwards go from here. that should work
Try uninstalling the driver for the disgo. Appears it locks something.

Try using both at the same time.
