Goverlan uses the Microsoft XML Parser to collect Scope Actions and alternate credential information into a database. During the Goverlan program installation, the Microsoft XML parser is automatically installed. However, the installation may fail or take corrupted.
Resolution
1. Make sure that you are using the latest performance of Goverlan - From Goverlan, select Help >> Online Access >> Check for update, and update your Goverlan copy with the up-to-the-minute version. If the problem persist, execute the next resolution step.
2. Download and re-install the Microsoft XML Parser - You can download the Microsoft XML Parser English magazine msxml6.msi here (you can also go to the Microsoft website and hunt for the latest XML parser). Close adjectives programs. Install the MSXML Parser, reboot your machine and try again.
