I in recent times installed my network cam but the display is looking black?
Answer:
1) Make sure that within the device driver for the camera is installed - no question results or exclamation marks
2) If the webcam driver is installed after the problem is in the settings of the webcam
you can use microsoft msn messenger as a setup tool . Use the webcam setup . Go to advanced settings of the webcam at the worst and set to default.
It is also not out of the question that the lens may enjoy a cover over it or the camera is blocked in spectacle .
1st q: is your camera lens uncovered, mine has a slid cover that i thought be just embroidery, wrong
you might check your connection preferences. if u own a firewall it may not work
