I want to fashion a desk devotee using a 4-pin computer lover. Are in that cable that could mate 4-pin to USB or AC?

I enjoy found some links to solder usb to 4-pin, I just don't judge it's worth it if I have to do that.

Case fan are 12V, USB provides 5V, so you can't just chain up a computer fan to a USB port, if it does work at adjectives it will not spin fast ample to make much of a breeze
Computer bag fans use DC power, if you try plugging one into AC power you will probably start a fire, but you can grasp an AC to DC converter, they have ones that convert the power from your wall socket to 12V DC that will work, they are usually surrounded by the car and boat trappings section, they are intended for using equipment that only plugs into motor or boat power outlets which are 12V.
In the four pins to the DC,(12v), computer fan in that are:
1.12volts-DC
2.Ground
3.Ground
4. Sensor
Do NOT connect this to AC! Fans are 12vdc!
