If you look at the RAM you chose (Gskill) New Egg have a combo deal next to the processor you want you will save 15.00. It's the second treaty down. http://www.newegg.com/product/productcom...
I would also order (2) 80mm fan one for the front and get rid of the upper air duct on the side and put a fan contained by there instead. It's a cheap investment to keep hold of your case cool. They start out at 1.99 respectively (shipping kills you on these) You might consider Computer Geeks (www.geeks.com) for these as they don't decimate you on shipping. Other than that it looks like it's a doable system.
looks pretty moral for a low budget machine. the with the sole purpose thing i may supply, is that you may want to look into a better case. not necessarily for show, but the more expensive cases are more money for a origin; which is usually better airflow.
also, why one dvd-rw and one combo drive? most people budge with one or the other.
excluding that, looks good!
It will adjectives work together, but dont use the powersupply in that shield, you need to carry a new one, ones that come contained by cases suck, i had one closing 20 days, it almost killed my system
solitary thing i would say-so is don't cheap out on the mobo... because i did that with my apparatus and now its starting to die out. even if it take longer to get a more expensive one.. i would recommend it. im not axiom get a super expensive one, but don't attain one that is on the lower extremity of the mobo spectrum.
The motherboard is inexpensive but only rate 4/5 stars. I recommend you change this component to another one beside a 5/5 star rating to avoid potential problems. Also read all the reviews, especially the discouraging ones.
