My computer does not enjoy a dvd rom .Am i competent to buy a dvd rom to use a program that requires?

yep they go ones that goes into the tower or they own ones that hook up threw usb's which is nice but cost's a little more but make it possible to have 3 cd-rom drivers so you can enjoy a normal cd-rom a cd-rw and dvd
