My speakers are making scratchy hubbub and i can by a hair`s breadth hear the music!what seem to be the problem?

Sounds like a jack plug problem to me. Check to see if you hold another plug you can plug them into. usually there is a headphone plug on the front that you can use. Failing that, you can draw from a set of USB speakers that don't need the plug if surrounded by fact it is tatty.
By gently pressing and releasing the cone, see if here is a mechanical contact which resists free movement of the cone
if in attendance like mine, it's smoothing electrical. zilch wrong with the speakers it's something interfering next to them.
i have some Logitech Z-5500 THX 5.1 surround nouns speakers, but they do get interference. try these things
if you get a fluorescent bulb (the energy modernized ones, or the long bulb lights) or desk lamp, don't switch it on.
if you get a external hard drive, switch it stale.
chargers or adaptors unplug them.
don't keep the computer close to the speakers/sub-woofer, and move the monitor slightly away from the sub woofer. i found that if i enjoy any other electrical equipment less consequently 2 feet away from it they do them to humm or buzz.
You could also check sound settings, contained by control panel, click on audio tab & make sure it is not set to modem playback.
Purely it is a powered problem.
Dont go for software. (You can confirm this by attaching your speaker near any other computer).
The problem may be from the pin you are inserting up-to the cone (speaker paper).
There may also be a circuitry problem within the speaker also.
