I install Geforce4 mx5700 Graphics card to GIGABYT AGP 4x slot but the gig of my Pc become slow why ??

You really want more push. If win98, get 512mb total. If winxp you seriously have need of 1gb total minimum. Check for viruses and spyware, defrag hd, remove programs you don't use.
From what I can relay, and I'm not positive about this, but this card requires an 8x AGP card and probably doesn't know what to do contained by the 4x slot you have.

This must be a really elderly card because I can't find hardly anything on it.
