The inside of the mouse gets gunked up next to dirt, etc... you can clean the bubble with somewhat alchohol and swab clean the rollers inside.. but near the price so low go out and buy an optical mouse, no bubble to get gunked up... time to upgrade you'll love the unsullied mouse.
buy one without a globe...that has the laser much better

Wash the bubble with hot, soapy hose down. Dry it off thoroughly near a clean rag towel.
Look inside the ball cavity and verbs out any gunk. There will be 2 or 3 wheels and / or rods that will hold gunk all over them most probable. Clean the gunk out -- scratch it near a fingernail and blow it out clean.
Put the globe back within. Your mouse should work as new.

Perhaps the mouse ball is verbs and OK. Check the insides of the mouse and clean the rollers here. They tend to collect dust and lint, that interferes with the smooth operation.
They're ten freakin' bucks. Go buy a mouse.
I would enormously much suggest not switching the mouse ball around from mouse to mouse, as they may diverge sizes and it might make the mouse not work so economically.
If your mouse is sticking it is most likely NOT the mouse orb being dirty that is to say the culprit, its the small rollers inside of the mouse. These days in almost every bubble mouse there are 3 rollers inside. One for the X movement (side to side), one for the Y movement (up and down), and another at an angle near the spring to put a little pressure on the bubble and keep it within line.
I would recomend cleaning your mouse rollers and wipe off the mouse globe with a slimy cloth. Take a small screw driver, knife, or tooth pick and rake up off adjectives of the gunk that has built up around the rollers, be sure to roll them around and grasp everything off of it. Its typically easier said than done brownish gross stuff, and there is probably quill in within too. Blow out the inside of the mouse to get the tresses out if you need to. Be sure to verbs all three rollers completely, afterwards put the mouse ball pay for in. I'd also recomend keeping the mouse wad clean so you dont enjoy to keep debut the mouse and cleaning it out.
I have used this technique to verbs the mice of 20 year old computers that be hardly usable due to gunk build up, and aftewards they get something done like the first light of day they were purchased.
Hopefully this should facilitate you get fund to mousing. :) I would also recommend looking into an optical mouse, most of them are much more precise and you never again have to verbs about the mouse orb sticking when you're trying to use it.

The problem is probably not in the bubble, but in your mouse itself. Maybe one of the mothion sensors is clogged up or something. With these kind of mice, you have to verbs them every once in a while (a two of a kind of tweezers will do.) I would personally recommend getting an optical mouse (the ones near lasers)
buy a laser mouse, it's better than the other one....
