after i finished to dowload 3 files from that site which is asus100, asus105 and HHCombo_v106 .
on the process of installation of HHCombo_v106 my computer stop from responding! and i restarted my workstation it to continue the installation but after i restart it, the compact disc rom doesn't detected anymore even in the device commissioner.

Seems that the drivers you downloaded be not original. Any means of access, download a firmware upgrade from ASUS website and install it. If it still doesn't work, you probably will have to bequeath it to an authorized service center and the technicians there will set the problem right.
Keep this within mind from now on. DON'T DOWNLOAD DRIVERS OR SOFTWARE FOR YOU HARDWARE FROM ANY WEBSITE OTHER THAN YOUR MANUFACTURER'S.

i did duplicate thing and presently i also have alike problem! but its not just the combo drive thats motionless now but my entire PC have become so very slow! what we are experiencing here is typically set as a 'misflash'. this means that the firmware is any incomplete or just messed up! nearby is little here that i can suggest you to recover your in a minute dead drive, unless you can find someone beside a working asus 5216a combo drive... then you can manufacture a backup of their firmware and use that to fix your drive. if you do get your hand of a backup firmware file next please do e-mail me a copy so that i may also recover my late combo drive!
