for lb50 you are cutting it fine for a virtuous gaming card but ill impart it a go
you could first nick a look at the XFX Geforce 5200 AGP 128MB (http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/sear... is a average gaming card,and at only lb19 its a snip,however it one and only has pixel and shader model 2.0 and a clock speed of 333mhz,however this isnt too bleak depending on what games you wish to play,games such as doom3.quake 4,and entail for speed will run fine on this but the latest games within the last 6 months may struggle(score 7/10)
the GeFORCE 6200 256MB DDR AGP (http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/sear... another budget offering but i reckon this is the best pixel and shader 3.0 compatible card for smaller quantity than lb50,its clock speeds of 350mhz are close to the previous card,but the inclusion of the better pixel and shader means it will knob game rendering better,i used to enjoy one of these and could get doom3 running on environment settings at 45f.p.s(frames per second),not bad for the price(score 8/10)
on to the A.T.I cards,the CONNECT3D RADEON 9550 256MB (http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/sear... a popular card among users upgrading to vista as this is the cheapest ati card that will run the vista aero3d desktop,as for gaming this is equivelent to the geforce 5200 on power,and again is knowledgeable of running games such as doom3,quake 4,but not at high resolutions(score 6/10)
finally the Sapphire Radeon X1550 512Mb AGP (http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/sear... be slightly over your budget but if you can stretch that far it would be a nouns investment
its memory of 512mb is as much as some users have within system memory,and with the up-to-the-minute pixel and shader model 3.0 this is rocking,its lightining fast clock speed of 550mhz is amazing,and this will play adjectives games you throw at it,for its price its just pure sleight of hand,i would recommend this to anyone who wants apposite graphics at a good price(score 10/10)

both are terrifically good, i would step for something with 256mb of memory really 128 would be a minimum. try to draw from one with both DVI and VGA outputs that road your covered!
I have an ATI Radeon X1300 surrounded by my notebook, not bad in truth. But I say, put yout money together and see what you can return with for it. The more expnsive the better.

Beware dont buy a GeForce 7300..It sucks!dont think it is bettre because 7300 is greater than 6800.
