No. It's the memory on the card (DDR2) that the Graphics Processor uses.

and ddr2-ddr3 is a moment ago the speed. for example a card with 256ddr3 is better than one next to 320ddr2.
The RAM on the graphics card is independent of the RAM on the motherboard, the DDR2 just process it will run faster than DDR... though I'm not aware of any modern cards using anything slower than DDR2.
The 128 bit means that there's 128 bit interface from the graphics chip to the on-board RAM. That surrounded by itself doesn't tell you much, bar that it's faster than a 64 bit interface and slower than a 256 bit interface, which are the other two common interfaces on graphics cards. 256 bit is typically for fast gamer cards, 64 bit for dirt-cheap cards designed mostly for desktop use, and 128 bit for midrange cards that can play games properly but not at the highest production.
