What types of memory can be used of a 100MHz motherboard?

uhmm you forgot to detail what benevolent of motherboard is, I think you can use PC100/PC133 memory, but maintain in min that this giving of memory is now outmoded and very hard-to-find/expensive/slow so a full system upgrade may be needed
