Headphones don't give the impression of being to work on computer, how do I?

check to see what's wrong and why here is no sound. Is in that a way to fix it. I tired simply plugging in the phone in, didn't work, tired a different set of phone, didn't work, still no sound, I tired plugging surrounded by the back and still nil. Am I suppose to download something? How do I check this and get it working?

First item to check is the volume... duh you probably tried that. Go to the volume control and make sure the white horses sound lump is all the path up. Sometimes windows reduce this for some reason.
The subsequent thing you should try is to take home sure you audio services are running on your computer. You can find this by going to Control Panel then administrator tools, next services, and finally scroll down to Windows Audio and make sure that its status is set to started. If it is not next right click it and start it.
If that does not work then turn to the control panel and open the sounds and audio devices control. If within is no sound device detected later something is wrong with your hardware and it desires to be replaced or fixed.
