How do I put a CDROM hobby from the cd to a usb drive and play it?

I want to run games I have on a cd but play them on usb, so I don't involve the cd anymore but the flash drive.Can someone help beside this?

Copy the files on your CDRM and paste it to the USB drive.
Use a 'CD emulator'.
